1. Shipping Times

You will receive tracking information via email once your order is dispatched. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal conditions, customs clearance, or unforeseen delays.
2. Packaging
All orders are packed in plain, unbranded, and discreet packaging. There are no external markings indicating the content, category, or source of the parcel.
3. Customs & Import (for EU Customers)
We maintain a 100% success rate on deliveries to Europe. However, if a package is seized by customs despite our precautions:

We will offer a 50% refund
OR -
A 100% reshipment to a different delivery address, free of charge
To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and provide evidence of seizure or non-delivery (e.g., tracking details showing customs hold or loss).
4. Refunds & Return Policy
Due to the nature of pharmaceutical and medical products, and in accordance with safety regulations, we do not accept returns.
However, if your order is:

Damaged

Not as described
You are eligible for:

OR -
A 100% free reshipment (one-time)
Refund or reship requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery.
5. How to Request a Refund or Reshipment

All requests are reviewed within 3 business days, and approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
6. Exceptions & Exclusions
We cannot offer refunds or reshipments for:

Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Failure to pay customs duties or taxes

Refusal to accept delivery

Delivery issues resulting from regional import restrictions or recipient unavailability
